Zombie Girl is a Canadian born project, located in Edmonton, Canada. Dont let that fool you, the people behind Zombie Girl are experienced musicians and vocalists. With many years of experience in music making and production. The music can be described as electronic dancefloor music, with elements of rock'n'roll and good old horror movie themes, with a touch of humour. It is pumping, grooving and tremendeaously lead by the sexy and captivating vocals of Renee C. Komor. Renee is the voice, body and spirit behind Zombie Girl. Her husband and partner Sebastian R. Komor ( Icon of coil ) is the zombiefied male behind the music and most of the lyrics, is from Norway. Zombie Girl is signed to Alfa Matrix label. Some of Zombie Girl's tracks can be found on different European compilations and even one from Mexico. "Creepy Crawler" on the Industrial compilation, Endzeit Bunkertracks; "We Are The Ones" on Advanced Electronics Vol.4, compiled by Hardbeat, released by SPV, and " I Want It" on Alfa-Matrix's Cyberl@b 5. It has already been said by numerous DJ's around US, Canada and Europe that the Zombie Girl tracks are filling dancefloors like nothing else, and seem to be among the most popular tracks on these compilations. These releases are also available in North America on the label Metropolis Records. The first official Zombie Girl show was fittingly on the past Halloween, at New City in Edmonton.
