In a true sign that all good things come to an end, we mourn the loss of Poly Styrene and celebrate their excellent Roundhouse DVD show. As we're sure you've all heard Poly Styrene passed on April 25, 2011 of breast cancer. 7.3.57 - 4.25.11
Bursting out of the scene with nothing but personality, honesty and in true tone what the original English punk rock scene was all about. Poly inspired lifetimes of females and males alike with her attitude and individuality. She will be sorely missed. Be sure to pick up her final album, and obviously all of her prior work, and support her commanding spirit.
